RE:     THE US – NORTH KOREA SECOND SUMMIT 2019 FAILED

Suggestion:
Hon. President, let me start by paying my respects to you and through you to. The US-North Korea second summit failed again. You are elevating North Korean President on the international stage and dismissing my report. Well, this is one of the world most intractable diplomat conundrums and crying out for the world class negotiating skills and statesmanship. Hon. President, you should not have a summit unless you have the agreement in advance. You cannot do North Korea’s denuclearisation all alone Mr. President. It takes a large team of experts to denuclearise North Korea.  You should start with identifying what North Korea wants specifically and what are the items that you are willing to negotiate. You had sent your teams to North Korea but they are failed to discuss the items to negotiate and resolve the North Korea’s denuclearization issues. This is the result when you did not prepare before going to diplomatic excursions. In addition, if any world leader cannot be bound by the words of their predecessor no deals can ever be trusted. The overblown promise of only I can do that was propaganda Hon. President. If I am not mistaken, Vietnam negotiations started in 1968 but it ended with a peace treaty signed in 1973. It is no wonder why North Korean President Hon. Kim Jong-un is not ready to denuclearisation until he gets some sanctions relief. You had no great chance of preventing the development of nuclear weapons in North Korea. You think that a warm relationship with North Korean President Hon. Kim-Jong-un is going to make a big difference but it won’t. Today, the million dollar question is how to change North Korea’s armistice into a peace treaty? Let me conclude it, the dialogue between the US and North Korea can’t lead anything. Many capable American Presidents failed it before, thus, it must serve as a backdrop to dialogue between other concerned nations like South Korea/China/Russia/Japan/UN.

Thank you very much for your attention Hon. President.

Respectfully yours
Athinarayanan Sanjeevraja.

Nagorno-Karabakh conflict

To put things into perspective, Nagorno-Karabakh is not an independent entity but an occupied territory of the Azerbaijan Republic and is recognised by the international community and the UN. The fact that the Armenian Prime Minister's son is doing his military service in the Armenian army located in Azerbaijan's Nagorno-Karabakh and started an undeclared war against Azerbaijan, occupied Nagorno-Karabakh and 7 adjacent regions of Azerbaijan, and massacred and forcefully deported Azerbaijani aborigines was the main reason for the lack of peace in the region. The laws of armed conflict failed to protect the Nagorno-Karabakh civilian population, individual civilians, and civilian property. The laws of armed conflict failed to discriminate between those taking parts in the fighting in Nagorno-Karabakh. The laws of armed conflict failed to protect the environment as war causes severe or long term damage to the environment. The fact here is that there is a number of international doc...

I am writing to express that Federal constitutional court explicitly rules out Eurobonds a few weeks ago. In addition you had warned, Ms. Angela Merkel, a Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany, never again to propose Eurobond. This is certainly not good news for me as well as Europe. German brothers and sisters in the Euroland must help in this difficult moment with iss...

SUGGESTION TO THE PRIME MINISTER OF JAPAN YOSHIHIKO NODA

SUGGESTION TO THE PRIME MINISTER OF JAPAN YOSHIHIKO NODA To: The Right Honorable Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda From: Athinarayanan Sanjeevraja Date: 30.09.2011 RE: Japan Energy Policy Suggestion: Changing Industrial Policy Good Morning Prime Minister. BBC World broadcasted your speech regarding alternate energy sources. I agree with your approach to reduce nuclear power in the medium term because having the nuclear reactors in an earthquake prone zone is not safe for the environment or the communities that live near them. Japan is struck in a difficult situation concerning energy. If you want to eventually move away from the nuclear energy, you’ll have to invest more alternative energy sources. If you can’t invest, then it may have to say with a nuclear power for a while. You need make the right decision because source of energy is dwindling. You have one more option which is Japanese people depend on nuclear power with only 1% but 9% including hydroe...
