RE:     The UK and the EU agreed draft declaration for BREXIT deal

Suggestion:
Mrs. Prime Minister let me start by paying my respects to you and through you to. I just heard from BBC World news that “the UK and the EU agreed draft declaration for BREXIT deal“. Congratulations Hon. Prime Minister on becoming the newest second class member of the EU. I just read the draft which says both the EU and the UK to replace the backstop with back door plan for preventing hard border in Ireland and all procedures will simply follow the EU rules. The draft refers to the ending of the principle of free movement between the UK and the EU. More importantly, it refers to the two key principles of reciprocity and non-discrimination between member states of the EU. The draft undoubtedly refers on the pattern of the bilateral agreement the Swiss have. In fact, the most accurate parallel for the UK is Switzerland in terms of what the future partnership will entail, continued membership of the Customs Union and the relations to internal and external security. The draft also emphasises that the future relationship must respect the sovereignty of the UK as well as the integrity of the single market.

The Hon. Prime Minister, if I am not mistaken, you are interested in ending freedom of movement and the EU single market. This is all appears so positive in line with yours spin. Your determination and stubbornness will deliver BREXIT. We have to give credit though to you as you are a good sales person and you will survive as the Prime Minister of the UK. In my humble opinion, the loss of freedom of movement and the full single market access will damage the UK deeply. For real achieving the UK economy is pretty gloomy. The UK is leaving the EU with many benefits it has brought to the UK. However, you should have the ability to negotiate a final deal that prevents Polish plumbers and the French bankers from coming to the UK without a visa.
The Hon. Prime Minister, I regret to say that draft declaration has no legal forces and leaves power entirely with the EU-27. What matters are the legally enforceable treaties. If new laws can be enforced at the EU without the UK consent, it will make future negotiations even more complicated for the UK as the UK has no friend in Europe. The fishing discussion and the Gibarltar will pop up in time. Thus, withdrawal agreement should legally enforceable text written by lawyers as earliest as possible.

The Hon. Prime Minister, the UK has signed up to 21 months (or possibly more) pretending to be an EU member but with no say in making its rules, while it tries to negotiate a longer term future in which it continues to follow the EU rules with no input to decision making in just about all aspects of life except international migration. Thus, the UK will remain bound to accept all the EU rules including the ECJ decisions, no capacity to negotiate outside trade deals unless it leaves the Customs Union and cannot strike out on your own trade deals unless the EU allows you to. The EU has a veto on the UK exiting which gives the EU incredible leverage over the negotiation of a trade deal. However, to you great credit you have been even-handed. You have handled BREXITERS and REMAINERS in equal measure. If BREXITERS don’t like this agreement then they are not going to enjoy the next two years of trade negotiations which will be the most humiliating period in the UK history. I fervently hope that you will deliver BREXIT successfully.
Thank you very much for your attention.

Respectfully yours

SUGGESTION TO THE PRIME MINISTER OF JAPAN YOSHIHIKO NODA

SUGGESTION TO THE PRIME MINISTER OF JAPAN YOSHIHIKO NODA To: The Right Honorable Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda From: Athinarayanan Sanjeevraja Date: 30.09.2011 RE: Japan Energy Policy Suggestion: Changing Industrial Policy Good Morning Prime Minister. BBC World broadcasted your speech regarding alternate energy sources. I agree with your approach to reduce nuclear power in the medium term because having the nuclear reactors in an earthquake prone zone is not safe for the environment or the communities that live near them. Japan is struck in a difficult situation concerning energy. If you want to eventually move away from the nuclear energy, you’ll have to invest more alternative energy sources. If you can’t invest, then it may have to say with a nuclear power for a while. You need make the right decision because source of energy is dwindling. You have one more option which is Japanese people depend on nuclear power with only 1% but 9% including hydroe...

The Bank of England has decided to undertake more QE. I agreed that during the financial crisis of 2007-2008 monetary policy was effective in re-establishing liquidity in the main developed economies especially US, UK and Europe. But current economic conditions in developed economies reveal problems whose solutions are far beyond the scope of monetary an...
