RE: Requisition of Member States of the European Union Leaders to Support EU Cap Budget 2014-2020 Proposed by European Council President Mr. Herman van Rompuy to solve European Crises.

Suggestion:

Good Morning Mrs. Chancellor. I have been paying extremely keen attention to European Union Cap Budget 2014-2020. I anticipated successful outcome with great confidence. Unfortunately, EU budget summit fails. You are all responsible leaders. Budget debate is very sensible. As a leader, you have to cooperate with all EU leaders to support EU Cap Budget 2014-2020. You are an intelligent leader and you understand what is happening in Europe. I always appreciate the process of negotiation, compromising is allowable during budget debate. You are not negotiating or compromising with other countries. You are negotiating or compromising within Europe. The EU Cap budget debate should be anchored unified and respectful engagement. Budget debate affects the lives of EU citizens in profound ways. So as a responsible leader you have to manage this process disseminating information very carefully and professionally. As a responsible leader you should have the ability to benefit from conflict, consistently stay engaged and positive and know how to solve European debt crises. As a responsible leader, you should have the courage to frequently listen to yourself and others and reflect on what you hear and be responsive because you value the relationship and the EU Cap Budget Process. Mrs. Chancellor, as a responsible leader you should work more effectively and efficiently reaching across the aisle to do what is good for EU constitution base.

Mrs. Chancellor, if we keep doing the same, things will never change. Obviously to keep the Euro strong we cannot let any European Union members default. The failing of the Euro will surely lead to the failing of the EU. The success of the European Union is dependent on all of the countries within the Union. If one of the country economies starts to fail then slowly it will affect everyone else in the EU. My point is EU members are start to thinking more European than national. We need to start shouldering our part of the responsibility in this crisis instead of criticizing one another. European Union is not one of those things to treasure when good times role on and discard when difficulties come. Each member state has benefited enormously from EU. Now it is time for every member would be there to stand by the others. United States of Europe is the only solution to solve European debt crisis. Mr. Chancellor, please do not allow EU is heading for breakdown.

Mrs. Chancellor, the handling of the European debt problems has been really wicked. I hope that the new measures recently taken by European Council will be more successful. I believe that European Commission/European Council/European Parliament is doing splendid work to solve present crisis. I would suggest a concrete terms for the immediate future. We should engage a double task such as Recovery and Reform. For recovery speed and quick results are essential. So the object of recovery is to increase the national output and put more men to work. Reform is very urgent.

Mrs. Chancellor, I love the idea of EU since it formed. Obviously, if the common currency stays together for long term, your closer cooperation with Europe is essential. I most humbly prayed you as a responsible leader, there is much to be gained by your cooperation and integration.

Please accept, your Excellency, the assurances of European Council highest consideration of supporting EU Cap Budget 2014-2020 in the next summit. It is so easy to lose precious time.

Sincere Regards,

BRITAIN’S BREXIT BATTLE 2019

To:     The Right Honourable European Commission President Hon. Jean-Claude Juncker   From: Athinarayanan Sanjeevraja Date: August 19, 2019 RE:      BRITAIN’S BREXIT BATTLE   Suggestion: Hon. European Commission President, let me start by paying my respects to you and through you to. The UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson has insisted repeatedly that backstop must go, if not then no deal BREXIT but he support the GFA and custom-free border between the UK (Northern Ireland) and the EU (Republic of Ireland). That is a blatant contradiction. How can he have it both ways? If the UK wanted to exit from the EU bloc without a deal - the return of a hard border is absolutely necessary. Why BREXITERS are object to the backstop? The reason behind that it would give the EU way to keep a toehold in future UK trade policy. If the UK wanted to leave the EU without backstop, in other words, a hard BREXIT or there is been no exit agreement by both the UK and the EU – then the r

HONG KONG EXTRADITION BILL 2019

To:     The Right Honourable Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China Ms. Carrie Lam From: Athinarayanan Sanjeevraja Date: August 29, 2019 RE:      HONG KONG EXTRADITION BILL 2019 Suggestion: Hon. Chief Executive of the Hong Kong let me start by paying my respects to you and through you to. “One Country Two Systems” structure compels Hong Kong to operate currently under different legal system than that of Mainland China. You published the extradition bill on March 29, 2019 and first reading on April 3, 2019 which will destroy Hong Kong legal independence because extradition bill is another attempt for China to take away the Hong Kong independent legal system that China has agreed for Hong Kong to keep until 2047. Thus, the people of Hong Kong marched their protest against the bill on June 9, 2019. Hong Kong protests are still continuing. The silence of your government leads me to believe you have no plan t

EU NEW FISCAL AUTHORITY FOR WEAK MEMBER STATES

This paper focuses on setting up new fiscal authority to manage compatible fiscal decentralisation and budgetary discipline in the EU Member States. The authority need to adopt a tough fiscal consolidation programme. The authority should be responsible for designing fiscal policy for all Member States with stricter rules, conscientious monitoring and enforcement mechanisms for the conduct of fiscal decentralisation and budgetary policy. If Member States does not implement or violate the fiscal authority law that Member State/States to be sued in the European Court of Justice. We cannot grow our economy without proper fiscal cooperation between Member States. So the fiscal authority must coach at least weak Member States how to implement effective fiscal policy so that crony driven economy can be turned into a competitive market based economy. EU established the provisions of the Stability and Growth Pact (SGP) to avoid excessive deficits of the Member States and take precise act
