Good Morning Mr. Minister. Your good office asked TRAI to expedite the process of granting DAS licence to a government or government owned entities or political parties. TRAI h as struck to its November 2008 recommendation. Well. I just wanted to put up one question to your good office, when you are not granting DAS licence to Tamilnadu Arasu Cable TV, why should you granted DAS licence to Prasar Bharati? TRAI also said that the government should further strengthen the relationship with Prasar Bharati. According to me, t he states and individuals are an equal position before the law. I do not see the principle of Unity in our judiciary. Because of that our country is still in flawed
