The people of Tamilnadu are greatly honoured to celebrate your 65 th birthday and to wish you good health, strength, happiness and all that your heart desires. I am writing to urge your Majesty’s government to take a leadership role addressing the huge power deficits of Tamilnadu. Tamilnadu with a power deficit of 4 GW has drawn up an ambitious plan to add 3 GW through solar by 2015. I think it is a stiff task because Tangedco policy is not as much effective especially in solar power. I would like to suggest the following affirmative action’s for Tamilnadu solar power tender. (i)           Tangedco should handle its bidding process give more leeway in terms of pricing and project completi
