Good Morning Mrs. Chancellor. On behalf of European Council I would like to appreciate European Council highest consideration of EU Cap Budget 2014-2020. The EU Cap Budget is indeed great importance for the future efforts and measures to make our European Economy more competitive and resilient. This can only be achieved if we have common budget for next seven years. I think we can really start to see some savings from this budget and we want to make sure that the budget as proposed finds a neat balance between fiscal discipline and growth. I am sure the European Council should recognize that financial discipline is critical for the next financial perspective. E
