Again I am writing to you after the appropriate analysis of the facts of Devikulam and Peermedu taluks where the Mullaperiyar dam is located. There are nearly dozen inter-state disputes over the borders within India . But, we all want to put an end to the Mullaperiyar controversy forever. We all know that 90 percent of the population of Peermedu and Devikulam taluks were populated by Tamils right from the beginning.
