Suggestion:

Dear UN Secretary General,

Your statement is welcome on TPNW (Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons) entry into force on January 22, 2021. Unfortunately TPNW is a pipe dream. It is really rather easy to enforce but you and your institution make it crystal clear both in words and in actions, if any nation cross the line. The consequences of nuclear warfare should be irrevocable effect. IMHO, if those 50 nations envisage enforcing sanctions either officially or unofficially against the other nuclear armed nations then perhaps it help.
