Eure Exzellenz, bitte nehmen Sie meine herzlichen Glückwünsche an der dritte in einer Reihe CDU Sieg in der deutschen Bundestagswahl 2013. Dieser Sieg ist eine Bestätigung, dass die Politik Ihrer Regierung angenommen haben und übte große Anstrengungen für die integration der europäischen Völker und für das Wohl der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Tatsächlich war dieser Sieg vorhersehbar. Das Europa noch dulden erhebliche Herausforderungen, aber ich bin zuversichtlich, dass Ihre konstruktive Haltung, tadellose menschlichen Eigenschaften und weise Führung weiter in Ihrer Arbeit führen als Kanzler für das Wohl Europas und der gute von Deutschland.

This victory is a confirmation that the policies of your government have adopted and exerted great efforts for the integration of European nations and for the good of Germany. Indeed, this victory was predictable. The Europe is still countenancing significant challenges but I am confident that your constructive attitude, impeccable human characteristics and wise leadership will further guide in your work as a Chancellor for the good of Europe and the good of Germany.

EU NEW FISCAL AUTHORITY FOR WEAK MEMBER STATES

This paper focuses on setting up new fiscal authority to manage compatible fiscal decentralisation and budgetary discipline in the EU Member States. The authority need to adopt a tough fiscal consolidation programme. The authority should be responsible for designing fiscal policy for all Member States with stricter rules, conscientious monitoring and enforcement mechanisms for the conduct of fiscal decentralisation and budgetary policy. If Member States does not implement or violate the fiscal authority law that Member State/States to be sued in the European Court of Justice. We cannot grow our economy without proper fiscal cooperation between Member States.
