RE: Mullaperiyar dam Issue

Suggestion:

Good Morning Chief Justice. I, Athinarayanan Sanjeevraja, permanent residing at SAN Nivas, Old No. 28k, New No. 13, Bampalamman Kovil Street, Muhavoor Post, Rajapalayam Taluka, Virdhunagar District, Tamilnadu – 626 111. Today, I would like to take this opportunity to bring to your notice which should be based on reason than on extraneous factors. First, Government of Kerala claim that 22 tremors in last four months. As per the Indian Meteorological Department Data, there have been only four tremors in Idukki district that far away from the Mullaperiyar dam site. Second, the present Mullaperiyar dam is at 2800 mts above sea level and the proposed dam will be at 1800 mts (approximately) sea level that means it will be 366 m below the centre line of existing Dam.  Practically Tamilnadu won’t get water even if the Government of Kerala ready to give water to Tamilnadu state because the new Dam that Government of Kerala is proposing is at an altitude 50 feet lesser than the current dam. The water will come to Tamilnadu only if it is more than 100 feet. When new dam is constructed with 150 feet height, then also it will be 50 feet lesser than the current level. As a result Tamilnadu won’t get water. Kerala government does the wrong propaganda trying to put Tamilnadu state in trouble. Instead they have Idukki Dam 50 kms away from Mullaperiyar Dam which has holding the capacity of 7 times of Mullaperiyar Dam. Kerala government has plan to using the same water from Mullaperiyar to produce power. They are not getting enough water for generating power from Idukki Dam. That is the real fact. Third, “The Hindu” Kochi Edition on Sunday December 11, 2011 reported that  a tremor of intensity two in the Richter Scale in some parts of Idukki district, 35 km away from the Mullaperiyar dam, 11.6 km away from Idukki dam and 5.4 km away from Kulamavu dams. Can you ask the Government of Kerala to remove Idukki Dam too? Why the Government of Kerala is not talking about reservoir induced seismicity caused by Idukki Dam? Why the Government of Kerala never talked about constructing a new Dam in the existing Dam? Why do they want to keep the height of the new Dam lower than the existing Dam? Keralities are famous for orchestrating to make people believe the wrong things like they are doing for “Makara Jyothi”. (Sabarimala’s Makara Jyoti is man-made. Keralities are very expert in it)

The Hon’ble Jutice, it is most humbly prayed that on the directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court, you are looking into all aspects of safety of the dam. Kerala’s apprehension about the safety of the dam and Tamilnadu’s concern has been a lifeline for lakhs of people in the Southern districts of Tamilnadu. It is my belief that dam is not weak. If the dam is really weak, the best solution is to construct a new, strong and modern dam on the exact site of the present dam by Government of Tamilnadu and to raise the water to 142 feet as suggested by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. I am confident that you can resolve this issue reasonable satisfaction of both sides.

I am Athinarayanan Sanjeevraja with great respect of you.

Chief Executive of the Hong Kong let me start by paying my respects to you and through you to. “One Country Two Systems” structure compels Hong Kong to operate currently under different legal system than that of Mainland China. You published the extradition bill on March 29, 2019 and first reading on April 3, 2019 which will destroy Hong Kong legal independence because extradition bill is another attempt for China to take away the Hong Kong independent legal system that China has agreed for Hong Kong to keep until 2047. Thus, the people of Hong Kong marched their protest against the bill on June 9, 2019. Hong Kong protests are still continuing. The silence of your government lead...

THE UK SECRETARY STATE FOR BUSINESS SIR VINCE CABLE

To        The Right Honorable Secretary of State for Business Vince Cable MP.        From:   Athinarayanan Sanjeevraja Date:   December 19, 2011 RE:       UK Manufacturing   Suggestion: UK Corporate Tax Reform Good Morning Minister. I read Financial Times, London, it reported that you announced £ 125 million set up to improve the global competitiveness of UK advanced manufacturing supply chains. Today companies compete on the competitiveness of their overall supply chains. The loss of major UK plants could jeopardize critical mass in the UK supply chain. It would be a good place to start but as for UK manufacturing and supply chains that are built on complex and often incoherent. From my perspective UK manufacturing policy is still ineffective. In an effort to revive the manufacturing sector, first, focus on raising the productivity because a successful and dynamic economy...
